Oliver is going to ‘The Science Experience’, a 3-day workshop run by the University of Adelaide that helps Year 9 and 10 students explore STEM (science, tech, engineering, maths) careers.

Oliver Tingey

Oliver Tingey, a Year 9 volunteer at ‘Donations in Kind’, shared his interest in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and maths) with some Rotary Club members. They were impressed and recommended he apply for ‘The Science Experience’, a three-day workshop organised by the University of Adelaide for Year 9 and 10 students.

Oliver wrote a convincing letter to request his spot in the workshop—which the university approved. This workshop presents an excellent opportunity for Oliver to explore various STEM career paths, including engineering, space, and robotics. We are proud of Oliver and eagerly await updates on his workshop experience.
